Vikings 18 v. Patriots 28 – Randy Moss facing his previous team & Brett Favre keeps his record and makes it 292. Brett Favre & Randy Moss both got booed in the beginning of the game. A Face laceration knocked Favre out of game in the 4th quarter. Got 8 stitches in his chin.

Game 3 earned the second-lowest television rating for a World Series game.
The Texas Rangers’ 4-2 win over the San Francisco Giants on Saturday night on Fox drew a 6.7 rating and 13 share, beating only the 6.1 for Game 3 of the 2008 Phillies-Rays series.

TALLADEGA, Ala. (AP)—In a typically wild ending at Talladega Superspeedway, Clint Bowyer edged teammate Kevin Harvick for the victory Sunday, but all three contenders stayed neck-and-neck in the frantic race for NASCAR’s championship.

LeBron James said he has no regrets about ending up in Miami, but did say he would handle his decision differently if given another chance. James has been heavily criticized for announcing his free agency choice during an hour-long ESPN special.

The University of Iowa told the NCAA the school allowed two basketball recruits to meet celebrity Hawkeye fans Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore. Such a meeting would be a recruiting violation.
