Travie is currently making his rounds in Europe to promote his debut album, Lazarus, and got into a bit of trouble while on his Germany stop!

He was taken into custody by Germany police yesterday after they spotted him tagging up a historic landmark. He tweeted a photo of it prior to getting arrested, saying, “Told you!!! Had to do it, blame it on the devil, everyone else does!.”

He was eventually released on 1,500 Euros bail and went on to his show in Amsterdam that night.

Today he tweeted the above photo of 2 of his friends in front of his graffitti, saying, “Not everyone in Germany thinks Art is a Crime.” Well it’s not a crime, Travie! Just got to be mindful of WHERE you’re making this art!
