Lil Wayne’s Probation Restrictions Upon His Release Revealed

And they’re not too bad! XXL spoke with one of Wayne’s legal reps and reports that once he is released tomorrow from Riker’s, he will have 72 hours to appear in Arizona to sign probation paperwork….stemming from a different charge he received in a 2008 drug case.

Wayne’s expected to show Friday and will sign paperwork to begin a 3 year probation term. Hey…beats the heck out of jail! It’s likely he will have the probation transferred to his Miami residence.

As far as his restrictions, curfews and the like, “Now he’s on unsupervised probation, which means he doesn’t have very many conditions at all,” his lawyer says. “The Florida office may have something for him to sign there as well. However, for all intents and purposes, once he leaves Arizona there’s nothing else he has to do here.”
