Last night, Jay-Z announced Jay Electronica as the newest addition to RocNation and although this was great news for most, others didn’t seem so happy about it….

Earlier today, Diddy tweeted “Damn it hurts in a whole other way when someone you felt and I mean really felt was your Friend, Betrays you. It hurts when Breathe.”

Over the last couple months, Diddy tried getting Jay Electronica to Bad Boy Records and they even recorded the song, “The Ghost Of Christopher Walllace” together. Shortly after the tweet, Erykah Badu (the mother of Jay’s daughter tweeted a response by simply saying “I’m Sorry.”

If you had to choose TODAY between RocNation or Bad Boy Records, which would you choose??

  I gotta go wit Roc nation! Duffy has a rep of stack his roster and not puttin them out on a major scale.His own projects historically have been his biggest or better yet some of his biggest successes besides biggie ect.I respect Diddy but his track record seems to be consistently inconsistent when it come to signing artist and puttin as much behind them as he does himself in the last few years.#IJS

  Roc Nation without a question. the fact of the matter is Diddy has only so much talent as far as those he signed goes, and most of that talent was from the nineties as of now his hip hop roster is empty.   Roc nation!! I believe did may be taking it too personal. Just because a person is friends and do a son together doesn’t mean that they have to sign with you! He probably received a better deal from jay then diddy offered!! Obviously or he would have signed with diddy! He probably wanted creative control and jay was willing and diddy wants to dance and be a star too in artist videos. He did what he felt was best for him! Get over it!! Just like diddy would have done the same!!
