
It’s about time! Those big, bulky books are NOTHING but a waste of paper. I don’t know one person who uses a phone book any more. One word: Google.
This month, New York, Florida and Pennsylvania approved Verizon’s request to axe these monstrous books, and Virginia is next in line…making a total of 15 states who have said sayonara to these booster seats books. Between 2005 and 2008, their usage fell from an already-meager 25% to 11%. I’m sure 2011 will be even worse. Hopefully within the next couple years, they’ll be completely gone. The environment could always use a hand!
