French Montana is now officially being represented by Debra Antney and Mizay Entertainment, the people responsible for the success of Gucci Mane, Waka Flocka, OJ da Juiceman and even (partially) Nicki Minaj.

In a statement to XXL Magazine, French said of Deb, “As far as management, she got it down pat. She got everything that I need, and I got everything that she need—as far as the East Coast market, the Tri-State.” He added, “Being the person that I am, that I work just as hard as her, it’ll make it a whole lot easier.”

French made a name for himself on his own with the success of his street DVD, Cocaine City. He used that platform to showcase his own talent for rapping, and slowly but surely pushed his way to the forefront. He’s currently signed to Akon’s Konvict Music imprint and expects to drop his first solo album, Excuse My French, next summer. Congrats Frenchieee!! Owww!
