Posted by Sabrina B. @gametimegirl – Family, friends, food & football!  That’s Thanksgiving for me!  I LOVE that there are 3 games on today (& hopefully see the Cowboys lose, sorry (Upshaws) had to say it as a Giants fan)!

From our family to yours…we at IFWT hope everyone  has a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Check the games after the jump…

12:30p Patriots v. Lions – The New England Patriots (8-2) travel to Detroit on a short week to take on the Lions (2-8) in the annual Thanksgiving Day game there. The Patriots are fresh off of an emotional win over the Indianapolis Colts while the Lions were losing in Dallas 35-19.
The short turn- around time will affect both teams preparation times but at least the Lions will have the advantage of playing at home. The Lions do play in this game every season so they have experience doing so, the last time the Patriots played on Thanksgiving Day was in 2002, a 20-12 Pats victory.  -Steve Balestrieri

4:15p Saints v. Cowboys – After lying down on former head coach Wade Phillips, the Dallas Cowboys have looked like the NFC title contenders they were expected to be in winning each of their past two games coming into their Thanksgiving Day 2010 Football matchup against the defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints.
Now, one question begs to be answered, BetUS NFL betting brethren … which Dallas Cowboys team will show up against the Saints on Thursday night when the teams take to the gridiron at Cowboys Stadium. -Eric Williams

8:20p Jets v. Bengals – The Jets are 6-1 straight up and 5-2 against the point spread in the past seven head-to-head meetings. Four of those seven matchups have gone over the total, including the past two.
This is the third meeting in less than 11 months. The teams last squared off in a Wild Card game last January, won 24-14 by the Jets. New York covered as a 2.5-point road underdog and the score went over the total of 34.5. They also played a week prior, on the last day of the regular season, when the Jets bombed the Bengals 37-0, easily cashing as a 10-point home favorite. – Hank Harris
