The Rule appeared in court today facing a gun charge from a 2007 arrest.
Cops says they found a loaded semiautomatic gun in a rear door of his chauffeured Maybach after it was stopped for a speeding violation, and also said the car had a suspended registration and no insurance.
Ja pleaded not guilty and his lawyer says the stop was unjustified. According to MTV News correspondent Jayson Rodriguez, he reached a plea deal this morning and will serve 2 years in prison. More information to follow.
