Comedian Tracy Morgan underwent a kidney transplant earlier this month and he’s successfully recovering. However, he still will be absent from a few episodes of his hit 30 Rock because the higher ups decided he needs plenty of rest.
A representative for Tracy released this statement:
“Tracy is doing well and taking some much needed time to recover after the surgery. He is looking forward to going back to work after the holidays.â€
The writers have already started working his absence into the script. Glad to hear he is healthy and on the road to a full recovery!
