An earthquake hit Puerto Rico moments ago. Today’s earthquake is the third one to strike Puerto Rico this year. Today’s earthquake struck at 7:43 pm local time. Local news has yet to report any injuries. The quake was centered two miles west of Aguas Buenas, two miles north of Santa Clara, four miles west of Bairoa, and twelve miles south-southwest of San Juan. The quake registered a significant depth of 64 miles below the earth’s surface.
What an awful way to spend Christmas…Our thoughts and prayers are with the families in Puerto Rico tonight!

My mother called me this evening frantic this tonight from Bayamon, they were home sitting and watching TV and she asked my father; Do You Feel That? His answer was, Oh my God. The pictures were falling off of the walls and all of the trinkets fell off of the wall unit. My moms is usually asleep by now, 9:15 pm I think shes going to have a hard time falling asleep tonight. God Bless them all.
whether its earthquakes, hurricanes or tsunamis puerto rico is blessed by god and the religious people who live there. May everyone have a blessed christmas.
I pray for all my family and everyone in Puerto Rico. Que viva Puerto Rico!

Felt it in St John while eating Figgy Pudding!
I was just finishing eating at my brother’s house in San Lorenzo (a town about 13 miles from the epicenter)all of the sudden the furniture started moving, and 10 seconds later a second movement very strong, accompanied by a loud sound struck and the entire house was shook, we all ran out the house while the car alarms went off. It was very scary.
This a crazy one. I felt it strong in San Juan. Whole lotta shakin goin on! The couch i was sitting on shook rather violently. It was actually pretty scary.
I left my wonderful island of Puerto Rico because if is written on the wall…..By the many movementsexperienced by the island over the years it is only a matter of time before a major quake…..
I pray for my family and everyone in Puerto Rico, god bless our beautiful island. Mom I love you !!
That`s crazy.. My prayers are with my family and all in Puerto Rico..
Thank you for posting this last night!
Incredibly, none of the major tv networks in NY reported the quake in PR. I found out through a friend and a cousin on facebook.
I finally sent an email to Foxnews and NBC News. Foxnews reported it about 5 minutes after I sent the email. NBC didn’t even report it on their 11pm news. I also called NY1 to let them know about the earthquake… I didn’t see anything reported until this morning. I guess they all must’ve been drinking coquito and their reporting skills were cloudy (coquito doesn’t make you a bad person hehe).
May God bless Puerto Rico. I hope the NY stations and others realize that there are plenty of Puertoricans in NY and the continental U.S. that want to be kept informed on what’s going on in the Island.
Merry Christmas to all!

I heard about the earthquake thru relatives that called us. Today someone at work mentioned about a young girl who announced future prophecies at a church in spite of the fact that her mom would not let her speak, she spoke out of earthquakes occurring in Puerto Rico but that she would not be affected. When she was done, she died on the spot.
