Yesterday Waka turned himself in facing charges stemming from a recent raid of his Atlanta home, turning up a few firearms and less than an ounce of weed, amongst other things. His hearing was set for today, but IFWT was learned he decided to wave the hearing and currently remains in jail. His attorney says he hopes a probation violation charge is resolved this week so Waka can be released. He goes on to say that being that Waka wasn’t present at the time of the raid, the people who were there should be held responsible. Waka is scheduled to perform this Friday in Tampa, Florida. Let’s see how this pans out! Hoping for the best!
