It sounds like animal cruelty but for the safety of I-95 drivers in Philly something had to be done… The dog was controlling traffic on the highway blocking off cars from passing by. Police felt the only way to control this situation was to taser the dog. I’m not sure if it was the best option…but this dog was putting lives in danger.
