It was one week ago that 17-year-old Teresa Scanlan of Gering, Neb., was crowned the 2011 Miss America at Planet Hollywood.  She gets to look forward to celebrating her 18th birthday while attending Super Bowl weekend in Dallas as the host of the annual fundraiser Taste of the NFL featuring big name chefs, many from and with Las Vegas connections.  More info: LasVegassun.com
