I feel like I should clarify:
What Kim is doing here is called a Flanger Effect. Very different from autotune. Autotune changes your “pitch”. The effect used here “tunnels” the voice and flangers it from left to right. Again, completely different from autotune.
*Compare her voice in this to her song “Respirator.” You will hear the difference between autotune and this effect.
