A California judge has officially lifted the restraining order against Chris Brown put in place by Rihanna two years ago. It has been downgraded to level one order, meaning he can be around her and contact her at any time…as long as he doesn’t “harass, annoy or molest” her. RiRi didn’t make the court appearance but her lawyer represented her and said she was totally cool with it. Let’s see what happens now. Do I smell a Breezy/RiRi reunion in the future???
