Square is Credit card payment system, Not unlike the the iCarte by Visa, but Square was actually out 1st and one of the Main Partner’s is Jack Dorsey, Which whom also happens to be the Main Man a little social network called Twitter(you have heard of that huh). Now the beast in the mobile payment market is Verifone, you know them as the piece of machinery when you swipe your credit/debit card mostly in every business, but they recently said some snide remarks about square, funny they didn’t say anything about iCarte(probably because they deal with visa on the regular), and Jack will have none of that, he had something to say back!! follow the link(below) to see what Jack says!
Let me say this if verifone is lashing out because it’s worried about mobile payments taking away the need for you to swipe your little card at their machine(because they get a piece of that payment when you do), they need to chill cause when NFC drops in this smartphone revolution, it’s gonna hurt them and Square(except Square can cover phones without NFC, if there are any)
