The Westchester County district attorney says Milton Sisalima (see-suh-LEE’-muh) of White Plains was arraigned Tuesday on charges of unlawful surveillance.
Prosecutors said that on Feb. 20, mall security officers noticed a man going into a ladies’ room — and not coming out — at the Galleria mall in White Plains.
The district attorney’s office says Sisalima was found in a stall. It said he had images of women, taken in the restroom, on his cell phone.
If convicted, Sisalima would face up to four years in prison.
A call to his lawyer, Todd Lamond, was not immediately returned.
