An investigation in conjunction with The FBI, and Scotland Yard has landed an Arrest of a British Teenager, Ryan Cleary, whose 19, allegedly attacked a british government website, hit the Jump to find out what site, and what his charges are!!

The kid allegedly attacked the website of the UK’s Serious Organised Crime Agency, as well as the British Phonographic Industry and the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry. All this coincidentally comes at the same time LulzSec claims they WILL attack government organizations, and the arrest comes a day after the CIA was allegedly attacked(which was not widely known). Cleary has not been officially linked to LulzSec yet, but it’s a strong possibility!!!
