WOW this is just a vast transformation from the beautiful Vanessa we all know! The 22 year old was photo’d on set yesterday in Newark, NJ (Jersey hollaaa LOL), filming a movie called “Gimme Shelter,” where she plays a young girl who gets kicked out of her father’s home after becoming pregnant and deciding to keep the baby.
