It was announced today that Brandy has officially inked a new record deal with RCA/Chameleon Records. The R&B singer expects to make a full comeback with her sixth album, which is set to be released in early 2012. More details about the deal after the jump!

Brandy was ecstatic with the news. “This is truly a blessing,” she said. “Breyon Prescott, Peter Edge, and Tom Corson believe in me and have introduced me to a home that also believes and knows exactly what to do with the type of music I’m doing. Breyon and the team at RCA/Chameleon are creative and forward-thinking and I am thrilled to be working with them.”

The 32-year-old singer was previously signed to Epic Records where she released Human in 2008.
