According to TMZ, West and approximately 30 others were arrested for blocking the entrance to a police station in Harlem during a protest. Apparently they were demonstrating against the New York Police Department’s continuing “Stop and Frisk” policy, claiming NYPD officers should not be able to search protesters without due cause.
