Randy Moss could still decide to play in the NFL. Jason LaCanfora of NFL Network, via CBSSports.com, recently reiterated the prevailing thought since the start of the season: Moss would return to the right team for the right price.

Moss is apparently generating some interest from teams around the NFL, according to Jason LaCanfora of the NFL Network.

“He’s listening. He’s got one ear to the phone,” said LaCanfora.

LaCanfora reports that a team calls Moss every 10 days to two weeks to gauge his interest but it will take a certain situation to make it happen — “if the right team called at the right time with the right quarterback at the right price” LaCanfora says Moss might be interested.

The biggest thing that Moss cares about, obviously, is winning. Which means only a few teams will qualify for bringing him in this season.

And it’s entirely possible that Moss will wait until there’s a clearer sense of what teams are going to be serious contenders for a championship.
