An 83-year-old City Council candidate has been busted on sex charges in Iowa. Ben Clifford Dawson was charged with prostitution after offering himself up as a lover to a woman to repay a loan. LMAO!!!! At least he tried to pay his debt. Hit the jump to read the rest of the story.

The incident took place on Oct. 22, the Daily Iowan reported. The elderly man also grabbed the woman and kissed her on the neck without her permission.
Dawson was slapped with two aggravated misdemeanor charges, along with prostitution and intent to commit sexual abuse, police said.
He is listed as a candidate for the Centerville City Council, KTVO 3 News reported.
