The accuser is expected to break her silence at 1:30 p.m. at the Friar’s Club in New York City.

Cain has been dogged by reports he paid two women to stay quiet about their allegations of sexual harassment in the 1990s during his tenure at the National Restaurant Association, Politico.com reported.

Those women have remained anonymous, reportedly barred from commenting on the situation publicly by the terms of their settlement.

Allred has famously repped a litany of controversial clients, including Tiger Woods’ mistresses Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James as well as Anthony Weiner’s former porn star pal Ginger Lee.

Cain said this weekend he would no longer answer questions about the alleged harassment, and that his campaign was “getting back on message.”

His popularity has taken a hit in the wake of the harassment scandal, which has dominated the headlines since the Politico report broke.

A Reuters/Ipsos poll released Sunday found Cain’s favorability rating has dropped 9 points among Republicans.
