Parents became outraged after a famous porn actress read to their first grade children at the Emerson Elementary School in Compton on November 2nd. Although the award winner porn star is retired and now participating in the Read Across America program, parents had a serious problem with it. The school is claiming that the porn star was never in their classrooms but there’s pictures of her reading to kids. Would you have a problem with a porn star reading to your kids? TMZ has obtained photos of Sasha reading children’s books at Emerson Elementary School in Compton on November 2nd … participating in the Read Across America program. Grey, who hasn’t done porn in 2 years, may have been invited because she’s mainstream now, with credits which include “Entourage.” Sasha tweeted about the experience — calling the students the “sweetest” ever. However, not everyone saw it that way … some angry parents complained to the PTA — who then contacted the school’s principal … but there’s one problem. A rep for the school district is flatly denying Sasha was ever inside one of its classrooms — telling TMZ, “We have several celebrities who read to our students each year. The actress you have indicated [Sasha] was not present.”
Small minds. I understand morals, but she’s not reading porn to the kids. Nor is she dressed scantily. Smh@ folks in glass houses.
Everything seems proper per info I read about the incident. Inspiring children to read and excel is the important issue here — not what a person used to do which would not even register with the kids. I could understand the concern if she were advocating porn to high school students but that is not what occurred. We should thank her for helping out and those that object should consider stepping up to help drive the initiative.
