Floyd Mayweather was one of the coaches at Dwight Howard’s charity game last night. In the post game interview Mayweather talked about the game, charity and of course someone brought up Pacquiao. Mayweather spoke about Pac-Mans fight this past Saturday (kinda) and if they will ever fight.
In a separate interview Mayweather congratulates Pacquiao and Marquez & Says Arum is standing in the way of fight with Pacquiao.
Check them both out after the jump…
From Dwight Howard Charity Game:
According to BADLEFTHOOK.com:
In an interview with FightHype, Floyd Mayweather Jr says that he feels  Bob Arum is the man standing in the way of making a fight between himself and Manny Pacquiao, and while he claims he didn’t see Saturday’s Pacquiao vs Marquez fight, he had some thoughts on their rivalry, too.
On Arum:
“I personally think it’s Bob Arum having a vendetta. I think he’s very, very upset with me because, you know, I exposed and I opened the world’s eyes up to different things.”
Mayweather is referencing, of course, his nasty split from Top Rank years ago, where he was harsh about fighters being screwed by promoters. He also feels that in his time promoting himself since then — with a big helping hand from Golden Boy, it should be noted — he’s shown that fighters don’t need to work for promoters. That’s his belief, and the fact is he pulls in a ton of money. Arum was famously of the belief that Mayweather lacked superstar quality.
On Pacquiao vs Marquez, and a possible fourth fight between the two:
“Why? I mean, I truly feel that Marquez is never going to get the benefit of the doubt. I want to congratulate Marquez and I want to congratulate Manny Pacquiao for doing it a third time, but I just feel like if you get it done right the first time, there’s no need for a second or third fight. And if it is needed, do it again in the same fashion and in the same way, or do it even better.”
There’s plenty more in there, including Floyd talking about the defamation lawsuit, steroids, Freddie Roach, and other topics.
Mayweather returns to the ring on May 5, 2012, and his team has said that they’re hoping to get Pacquiao as the opponent. There have been no other strong rumors yet.

Money better fight PAC in may cuz Marquez made PAC look BAD! I ain’t gonna lie, I thought PAC would beat Money if they ever fought but DAMN after seeing the trouble Marquez gave PAC!? Shhh Marquez is a decent counter puncher and damn there won this fight! Money is probably the greatest counter puncher ever, can u imagine what he will do to PAC!? No lie dis fight might be quick n ugly…..for PAC! Stop the bull shhhhh n let’s get it on!!!!
Why blame Pacman if the fight is too lousy to see? Blame Marquez who prefers to ran than to face the PACMAN squarely in the ring. Supposedly, the challenger must be more aggressive than the defender. But clearly, the performance of Marquez is just to sustain the fight and evade knockdown. PACMAN is more agressive than him on that fight……. So no need of rematch. Marquez just want money and nothing else. Then he succeed.
People who think that Marquez won the fight are just frustrated of their expectations. But to think that Marquez is also a good boxer, one should be careful of his boxing style. But to Marquez’ claim that he won the fight is a hoax, a joke, a dream and alibi. Marquez should accept the reality that he is good but not better than the Pacman. Marquez plays a defensive game rather than offensive… He is waiting that Manny would hand to him the belt…. sorry, Pacquiao has no fear to his opponent. Just Remember, he fight Margarito. Pacquaio blistered his face because Margarito wanted to get Pacman. To have another rematch is purely maoney making on the part of Marquez.
WatCh the Effin Fight Again!!!! Marquez use Foot Stopper Trick thru 6 to 12th round!!!!
