A College of Staten Island employee died after a struggle with a police officer. The officer approached the worker inside of a bathroom and confronted him for smoking marijuana. He was caught, then immediately rushed to the hospital where he died. Click below to find out more.

The two struggled before the man ran off. The officer, with the help of two civilians, chased the man and then handcuffed him, the NYPD said. The man was taken to Richmond University Medical Center where he died. The medical examiner will try to determine the cause of death.
