The two have not seen each other since the accusation surfaced on Monday.

“Since I’ve been campaigning all week, I haven’t had an opportunity to sit down with her and walk through this with my wife and my family. I will do that when I get back home on Friday” Cain said at his New Hampshire campaign quarters.

“I am not going to make a decision until after we talk face to face,” he said of his wife, Gloria, to whom he has been married to for 43 years.

His wife has not spoken out about the latest controversy, but stuck by her husband’s side when at least four women accused Cain last month of sexual harassment when he was head of the National Restaurant Association in the 1990s.

At the time, the homemaker and mother of two told Fox News that Cain “totally respects women” and that “I’m thinking he would have to have a split personality to do the things that were said.”

The presidential hopeful has vehemently denied all of the allegations, and his campaign team insists Cain won’t step down.

Since the accusations, his aides have even revved up the Georgia businessman’s campaign schedule with stops in Ohio, New Hampshire, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia, in addition to a new round of TV ads in Iowa.

“There were some people who thought I was finished,” Cain told a New Hampshire Crowd. “But I’m going to leave it with Yogi Berra’s comment: ‘It ain’t over till it’s over.’ And it ain’t over yet.”

But not everyone agrees.

“I’m not sure he lasts until Iowa to be honest,” Democratic political strategist Peter Fenn told the Daily News. “This is 13 years. My guess is [CAIN’S WIFE]doesn’t know much about this one. She’s going to say to him ‘okay Herman that’s it. I’m not going to deal this any longer. We’ve got to figure this out between us. Get the hell out.
