Oakland Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain was charged with third-degree assault and three other misdemeanors – but it’s a picture of him being taken into custody that is truly odd. McClain doesn’t look like a man facing a serious third-degree assault charge.

Exactly how he looked after he hit Darren Sproles, and left him injured on the football field following a questionable hit that could’ve been helmet-to-helmet. McClain might have some issues, careful!
