span>Tameka Raymond is demanding that her ex-husband, Usher, be tested for drug use it has been claimed.
The 40-year-old stylist is reportedly worried that the R&B singer is using illegal substances around her children.
According to TMZ.com, Raymond (nee Foster), is ‘freaking out’ because as time passes he has more time to get any drugs out of his system. Â
She allegedly thinks he’s been popping pills and possibly other, more harmful things, around their two children, Usher Raymond V and Naviviyd Eli.Â
The website claims that the 33-year-old singer has refused to be drug-tested on the grounds that her demands are ‘frivolous and unfounded.’
He thinks she is simply trying to ‘harass and embarrass’ him.
The site says that Tameka is so worried about the situation that she’s even returned to the judge who presided over their custody battle in order to plead her case.
She wants this done quickly, as she’s worried any illegal substances will pass through his system before he can be tested.
The two married in August of 2007, but split quickly after.
The Yeah singer filed for divorce in June 2009, citing irreconcilable differences and claiming to have lived separately from his wife for a year.
She rebutted his claims, saying that he had been living in her Atlanta home until March 2009.
The divorce was finalized on November 4, 2009.
