Need to brush up on your bedroom techniques? You could ask your partner for feedback, try out some wacky new sex position (better start stretching!) — or you could enroll in the world’s very first sex university.

That’s right, the Austrian International School of Sex (AISOS) is now open for business, with classes starting in January. That means 70 students will be heading to Vienna and burying their heads into their, um, books for classes such as “Advanced Intercourse,” “Sexual Techniques,” and “History of Sex,” according to ABC News.

Who’s behind this college of coitus? That would be Ylva-Maria Thompson, a former erotic TV host from Sweden who was “semi-famous” in the 80s and 90s, says The Week. On the school’s website, Thompson emphasizes that the lessons are very hands on: “Though our courses include both history and modern sexual theory, the emphasis is on how to be a better lover. Sexual positions, caressing techniques, anatomical features — these are the AISOS disciplines.”

And if you want to enroll, you must these credentials: You’re at least 16 years old (the legal age of consent in Europe), and you’re willing to spend £1,400 (about $1,900) per semester. Beyond that, you’re golden.

In the first semester, five different courses will be offered (taught by five different instructors), students will board in mixed-sex dorms, free contraception will be offered, and exams will be held at the end of the semester.

Okay, okay … but is a university of sex actually legit? According to Gawker, the school doesn’t seem to have any accreditation, there’s no STD clinic on campus — and while 16 is the legal age of consent in Europe, it’s certainly not in the United States and other nations.
