According to the report filed with the complaint, Lowry continuously taunted a female referee, Infini Robinson, over her officiating skills during a basketball game between NBA players at All America Sports – Impact Basketball, located on East Sunset Road, on Sept. 22, 2011.

At the end of the game, Lowry allegedly threw a basketball game at her, striking her in the torso. The victim then picked up the basketball and tossed it back at Lowry.

As the victim was changing her shoes, Lowry once again allegedly threw a basketball at her and hit her on the front side of her body in her right shoulder area.

The incident was witnessed by several people, including other NBA players who commented that they were suprised by the incident.

Lowry did apologize to the official for throwing the ball, saying that his emotions got the better of him.

Lowry has been ordered to appear in Las Vegas Justice Court on Feb. 2.
