Khloe Kardashian was sued a few months back but a transgender woman that claims Khloe attacked her “out of nowhere” outside of a club in 2009. Mrs. Odom has officially responded to the suit today, stating no wrong-doing was done on her part and her moves were merely in self defense. I’m definitely going with Khloe on this one…what would she randomly just punch someone on the street? Smh. More details below.
Khloe filed the response in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming Chantal Spears deserved what she got — because she provoked Khloe into getting physical.
According to Khloe’s response, the reality star’s conduct “was reasonably necessary for her self-defense and safety.”
As we first reported, Chantal sued Khloe in December, claiming Khloe attacked her out of nowhere outside a Hollywood nightclub in 2009 … for telling Lamar he was “too young to be married.”
So far, no word back from Chantal.
