Frank Lee Turner, 56, was the passenger in a vehicle stopped by police. While questioning the driver Turner’s infinite wisdom told him to get out and flee. A struggle with officers ensued. Cops ended up tasering the man which lead to a piece of crack falling out of his mouth. After striking him on the head and more of a struggle, 23 pieces fell out.
