Kujtim Nicaj, known as Tim, was given a week to leave Rye Colony in Rye, N.Y., after he was allegedly caught on camera molesting the dog. He was arrested Feb. 9 on charges of burglary and sexual misconduct. According to authorities, a tenant who thought someone was breaking into an apartment set up a hidden camera. The tenant discovered Nicaj, 41, was breaking in and molesting their pet, authorities said. Another resident in the building was skeptical about the accusations. “I just find it shocking and hard to believe,” said resident Jimmy Russo. “I don’t think he’d do something like that. That’s just my opinion.” But others who refused to go on camera said women in the complex had been complaining to management for years about the married father of two.
