Christian Dior is moving beyond the content constraints of social media to interact with its global legion of fans to show them a unique behind-the-scenes look at the fashion industry, through DiorMag. Launching today, the magazine aims to publish daily brand news and editorial content that offers insight into the backstory of Dior. It will feature live-streaming of fashion events and will work in conjunction with the brand’s Twitter feed updates. In addition to the written content, the magazine will be a platform for high-resolution images and long-form videos. At this time, French and English are the current available languages, with simplified Chinese coming shortly. Mobile versions of the magazine will also be released in the coming months.
