Not a good look!  The T’Wolves aren’t looking to good after last nights game, where Love sat out due to back spasims and Rubio had to be helped off the floor in the last few seconds of the game.  Check the jump to see the play that caused Rubio’s injury and for more on Kevin Love.

Love’s injury is not considered serious, but the Wolves are holding their breath for an entirely different reason now. Ricky Rubio had 15 points, 10 assists and four rebounds in Friday’s 105-102 loss, but had to be helped off the floor in the final 16 seconds after his left knee buckled before a collision with Kobe Bryant.

Rubio was in pain in the locker room after the game but did not talk to reporters. A team spokesman said he would be evaluated on Saturday before they play the Hornets.

Love offered his best wishes to his ailing teammate in a tweet after the game.

“Praying for my teammate @rickyrubio9. Hope all goes well tomorrow with the MRI,” he wrote.

Originally, Love was only scratched from the starting lineup, as the team said Love was doubtful but could try to play.

Love is averaging 25.5 points and 13.8 rebounds per game for the Wolves and has been on a tear during their three-game winning streak. He had 42 points in a win at Portland last weekend, 39 points and 17 rebounds in a win over the Clippers on Monday and 29 points and 16 boards in a win over the Blazers on Wednesday.

Rookie Derrick Williams started in Love’s place at power forward.
