Miley Cyrus sparked engagement rumors earlier today when she tweeted a picture of what appears to be a diamond ring on ring finger, however, she didn’t mention the ring — she only discussed the nail polish on her freshly manicured hand. Miley has been with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth for quite some time now and they seem very much in love so an engagement wouldn’t be too shocking.
