A 10-year-old boy was charged with felony burglary after he allegedly stole a $400 tricycle. Credit him for the effort but why is he out here stealing. I wonder if his parents gave him the whopping of a lifetime(probably not). Click below to find out more.
A woman on Shannon Court reported that while she was in her home someone walked into her garage and took her bicycle and her son’s air rifle, according to a Fort Walton Beach Police report. An officer found the tricycle a few streets over and asked the 10-year-old boy about it. The boy stated the tricycle was his; however, the serial numbers matched those of the missing trike. The boy was read his Miranda rights in front of his step-mother and taken into custody for burglary to an occupied dwelling.
