According to the New York Daily News:

“You want to buy half of the Bobcats? It’ll cost you $150 million. That’s what Michael Jordan is seeking, according to sources. So far, there are no takers.”

Despite that press release Jordan put out I actually believe this rumor.  We all know how important money is to Jordan.  As an owner of the Bobcats he was one of the main holdouts when there was an issue about the BRI split during the NBA lockout.  Of course if he can’t turn a profit he’s going to want to sell the team, it’s common sense.  Jordan might be the greatest player ever but he’s one of the worst GM’s and owner.
