1. Had too many beers, well have another one! Since you are in alcohol withdrawal, having another one just might do the trick!

2.Drink a lot of Water!!!

3. Gatorade or coconut water!  Hydrate yourself gain back some electrolytes.

4. Greasy Food!!

5. Exercise! Sweat out all the Ciroc !
