Over the weekend, SNL producers were mad at Rihanna because they thought Rihanna was faking an illness when she skipped out on the major dress rehearsal. It turns out it was a bit more serious then they realized, because earlier she posted a picture of her IV. TMZ is reporting she had some serious flu symptoms, but after the IV treatment and some medication she seems to be much better. Check out her hospital photo after the jump.
