The officiating during the NBA playoff games has been horrible to say the least.  There’s been a ton of technical fouls given out but this has to be the stupidest one.  Last night during the Clippers game against the Grizzlies Reggie Evans was given a tech for high-fiving Blake Griffin.  Check it out after the jump.
