Brett Favre is ready to play football again, but it’s not what you think. Favre is using his rifle right arm to raise money for a good cause.

According to the still retired NFL quarterback’s official website, Favre has donated to auction a chance to take the field with him for an entire day, with all the proceeds going to benefit The RFK Center for Justice and Human Rights.

The opportunity is limited, however, to young people in Favre’s home state. Here’s a description of the auction item:

“Bid now on the exclusive opportunity to have legendary football star Brett Favre come toss around a football with your child and his or her friends at school or football practice in the Sumrall, Mississippi area.”

By late Tuesday afternoon, according to Charity Buzz.com — a catalog site for such auction items — there had been just seven bids for the day with Favre. Although the estimated value is listed at $10,000, the highest bid is $3,750, from Elizabeth Chadwell.

For those ready to bid $4,000 or more to have their children spend time with Favre, they will need to act fast—the bidding closes at 3:16 p.m. ET May 17.
