Dawnelle Yager, 42, whose cheekily-named W.10th St. boutique has produced designs worn by fashionistas like Kim Kardashian, was arrested on Christopher St., between Bedford and Bleecker Sts., after she punched Meng Dong and attacked him with an umbrella, police said.

Yager runs Soixante Neuf Jewels (French for “69”) under the name Joie Jager. She was accused of striking the 29-year-old Dong “about the chest with a closed fist, causing substantial pain,” according to a criminal complaint.

Then she hit him with an umbrella several times “causing bleeding and lacerations to (his) arms, elbows and wrists,” the complaint charges.

The blond designer, a California native and self-described former actress, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault and one count of harassment. She was released without bail following arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court.

The ugly incident happened around 11:45 a.m. Thursday when Yager was backing into a parking spot at the same time Dong was nosing his Toyota into the space, police said.

“I’m looking for a parking spot on Christopher St. The woman, she’s before me, also looking for the parking. Only one space,” Dong told the Daily News.

He said Yager was not moving, sitting just ahead of the lone open spot on the block. He thought she was double-parked so he went for the spot.

“The woman drives the Benz. Suddenly she (reverses). I stop and put my car in parking gear,” he said. “She gets out of the car. She goes to my car, opens the door. Then I come out.”

“She just hits me with her hands on my chest first. She said this parking is hers,” Dong said.

“Then she hits me with an umbrella, left and right, hitting me. At the same time she said to me very dirty language. I don’t want to repeat. Very dirty. It happened very fast.”
