As you all know by now, Nicki Minaj & the YMCMB camp pulled out of Hot 97’s Summer Jam because of a comment made by morning show host Peter Rosenberg on the festival stage. “I know there some chicks here waiting to sing “Starships” later, I’m not talking to y’all right now, f*ck that bullsh*t,” Rosenberg told the crowd. “I’m here to talk about real hip-hop. The people here to see A$AP Rocky, people to see Schoolboy Q!” After finishing out the show last night and doing his weekly Sunday night slot on Hot 97 where he talks to underground artists, Peter took to his Twitter and the airwaves to speak on the situation this morning. Â I know there were more than a few people happy she didn’t perform. Â Wayne didn’t hurt anybody by pulling his performers, only his image. Â First he’s mad he can’t get front row tickets to the Thunder and now he’s mad someone expressed their 1st Amendment rights? Â F*ck outta hea!!!

Thanks Tunechi! Listening to Flex spin and the Nas and Lauren set was soooo much better then having to flip back and forth waiting for Nicki to be done ‘performing’ 🙂
