Yesterday, Bossip and Mediatakeout tried to post documents of a restraining order (that has since expired) stemming from the 2011 incident. To be clear, whenever ANY incident is called in such as that one, a restraining order is AUTOMATIC, no matter what. The case was taken to trial and after the jump you can see the results.   A restraining order can be initiated by the police if they feel it’s necessary.  The charges here are serious but do not indicate assault.  I just pray that the issues are dealt with and everyone can move forward in a positive manner.
