The young mother was carrying her 3-month-old baby when the car began moving.
She became pinned between the wall of her house and the car.
She suffered significant injuries, but her child was unhurt.
The L.A. County coronerÂ’s office confirmed Perez died in the hospital about 3:20 p.m. Sunday.
