Danielle Thomas, 27, was found dead in her Astoria apartment Tuesday night, choked and beaten.

Her boyfriend, identified by sources as law school grad Jason Bohn, 33, is being sought.

He lived for years in Florida, sources said, and detectives believe he has left New York and shut off his cell phone, making tracking him difficult. Bohn, who lived with Thomas, was busted this month for assault and harassment. He allegedly punched Thomas out in their home.

Then, while she was at the 114th Precinct stationhouse on June 7 reporting the attack, he called her cell phone and threatened her, sources said.

“It’s war!” he yelled at her, court papers said. “I’ll dedicate my life to hunting you down like a dog in the streets.”

“I am going to make your life impossible.”

Bohn also threatened Thomas with emails, court papers said.

The Queens district attorney’s office asked for $1,000 bail, but Bohn was released without bail and an order of protection was issued against him.
