Audrey Grabarkiewicz, 46, was given a suspended sentence after pleading to 10 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Under South Carolina Law she took what was known as Alford’s rule in which a defendant does not admit guilt but accepts a jury would convict them on hearing the evidence.
Ms Grabarkiewicz had faced up to ten years in jail.
But while she escaped a possible lengthy prison sentence her marriage did not survive the scandal of her arrest.
Authorities said she was served with divorce papers by her husband Eddie while she was being held in jail and no longer has contact with her three children.
The married 46-year-old and her friend Sarah Jane Lindsay were arrested two years ago after holding parties for students involving sex, drugs and alcohol.
The teens told police they were plied with alcohol and smoke marijuana before having sex with the middle aged women.
Some of the students were as young as 11 years old but Ms Grabarkiewicz was not charged with having sex with the teens as those involved were over the age of consent of 16.
Ms Grabarkiewicz was a former preschool teacher at Lake Bowen Baptist Church in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Ms Lindsay taught four-year-old kindergarten at Boiling Springs Elementary School.
Both women were fired from their jobs when the allegations surfaced.
